Shipping Policy
- Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in its order. Buyer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges associated with each item according to the courier service charged.
- All orders will be delivered via our assigned courier service provider. Delivery within Malaysia should arrive within 7-14 business days depending on area shipped to after payment received. Orders for outbound should arrive according to the courier service schedule.
- CareMark has the right at any time to sub-contract all or any of its obligations for the sale/delivery of the Goods to any other party as it may from time to time decide without giving notice of the same to the Buyer.
- Any dates quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and CareMark shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused.
- Delivery will not be offered on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday. Delays in delivering Buyer’s order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of the Product due to Buyer’s absence in receiving the Products at the designated address agreed, or Buyer’s failure to provide accurate or complete address or other details required for delivery, the Buyer agrees to bear the cost of any further deliveries of the Products.
Title and Risk of Loss
- All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
